25. Atsushi Murasakibara (Kuroko No Basuke)
We will start with this basketball player from Kuroko No Basuke, Atsushi Murasakibara. He studies at Yosen High and plays in their basketball team as number 9.
Atsushi is somewhat childish and can be sadistic sometimes. He has a sweet tooth and loves junk food so much that he will spend all his money on it, even if he has to live as a broke person for the rest of the month.
Atsushi doesn’t like people who play basketball due to their passion. He always says that he chose to go with basketball because he was just good at it. But, deep down in his heart, he loves playing basketball. He also has a caring nature; he always controls his strength and tries not to hurt other players due to his large build.
Atsushi has violet eyes and lavender hair that reaches to his shoulders. While basketball players are generally tall, he is so tall that no one else in the series is taller than him.

In terms of looks, only a few people can beat Ukyo from Amnesia. While Amnesia has many haters, It’s hard to hate Ukyo personally. He would probably be way more famous if it wasn’t for the bad anime holding him down. He is also known as Shinigami and is a spirit-like existence.
Ukyo has long, light green hair and ties some of it into a long braid. He also wears a black cap with a chess-like design. He is someone from the spirit world and can’t be any more insane than he already is.

He is a genius strategist who can quickly devise strategies according to people’s responses. He is someone who doesn’t care about himself, but he cares about the lives of the members of his group.
Gai has fair skin, a muscular body, and long blonde hair that covers his eyes. He is a man surrounded by many mysteries and an otherworldly charm.
However, his personality changed completely after being resurrected, and he became cold and ruthless. He even hurts his former followers without even blinking an eye. Later, he even reveals his plans to use Funeral Parlor members for his own sake.
22. Byakuya Kuchiki
I was not sure when adding Byakuya to this list, as his hair appears long enough in some scenes, but when looking from the back side, they don’t appear to be that long. But I think his hairstyle looks cool, so let’s keep him.
Byakuya is the captain of the 6th division of Gotei 13. He shows a cold demeanor and carefree looks. But, inside, he deeply cares about the people around him. His home is the official meeting place for the Shinigami Women’s Association, even though He has never allowed them to do so.

I have put Tomoe on this list not because of his current appearance with short hair but because of scenes of his past where he has very long silver hair, just like the characters from before; this hair dude is also cold and emotionless.

This Ken is the adult Ken we saw towards the end of Digimon Adventure 02. At the beginning of the series, Digidestined and Digimon hate him. But, towards the end of the series, he works with Digidestined to save the Digital World.
The young Ken had short hair. However, the adult Ken had long hair that almost reached his shoulders. Digidestined also once saved him from evil; after this, we see a big change in his personality. The long-hair Ken works as a private investigator now.

Senju Hashirama is one of the founders and 1st Hokage of the village Hidden in the Leaves. He is one of the strongest Ninjas to ever live on Earth. He was also considered the strongest Hokage in Naruto’s history.
Hashirama had long black hair that reached his waist. Before founding the village, he was the leader of the Senju clan. He then founded the village with Uchiha Madara, the leader of the Uchiha clan. Later, many other clans joined their village. He is also the older brother of the 2nd Hokage Tobirama and Grandfather of the 5th Hokage Tsunade.
He fought against Madara in the Fourth Great Ninja War after being reanimated. He had also fought him on many occasions while both were alive.
4. Hyakkimaru
Hyakimaru’s story is very tragic. He was an unlucky child who became a sacrifice for the land’s prosperity even before he was born into this world. He was born without any skin, organs, or limbs. He would not have survived if that maid hadn’t sent him away in the river.
But he does have prosthetic limbs and eyes, which surprisingly works. He has long black hair that deserves a spot on our list.
Even with his prosthetic limbs, he still fights against 72 demons. He fights against them to get his stolen body parts back. He finds his way by sensing the spirits of others.
3. Neji Hyuga
Neji is from the Hidden Leaf Village. He belongs to the Hyuga clan and has a special eye ability called Byakugan. He belongs to the branch family of the clan. He is very good at using Byakugan and mastered it at a young age.
He has long brown hair, and his eyes look like he lacks emotion. He initially seemed like a bad guy when he hurt Hinata during Chunin exams. But he changes after he fights Naruto. No one expected Naruto to win against him, but Naruto defeated Neji.
He is Hinata’s cousin. He fought bravely in the 4th Great Ninja War and died while protecting Naruto and Hinata.

Jiraiya is one of the three legendary Sannin from the Konoha village. He is a Ninja and a popular author of the book ‘Make-Out-tactics,’ written for a mature audience only. We don’t know much about his book, but it was so famous that Kakashi was seen reading it many times. He used to travel a lot and write his books.
Jiraiya has long white hair that looks spiky. He trained Naruto so that he could control his 9-tail fox powers. Therefore, Naruto looks up to him. Jiraiya was also the teacher of 4th Hokage Minato, Naruto’s father. He is one of the strongest characters in the anime. He also trained Pain while he was an orphan and later became the leader of Akatsuki.
1. Madara Uchiha
Uchiha Madara is one of the most infamous characters in anime history. He was the main enemy of the whole Ninja world before Kaguya Otsutsuki appeared.
His regeneration abilities made him even more powerful than before he died. He single-handedly defeated all 5 Kages as if it were children’s play. His main goal was “Infinite Tsukuyomi” to put the whole world under a Genjutsu where they could live their dreams.
He has long and spiky black hair. In addition to Sharingan and Makgekyou Sharingan, he also acquired Rinnegan, which is considered the strongest of them all.
Even if he is a villain, he is loved by fans worldwide. His fight against Might Guy is one of my favorite fights throughout the anime. Because while the whole Shinobi world was struggling against Madara, Guy was giving him a tough time. Taijutsu was his only weakness, and ninjutsu didn’t affect him.
